Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information handled through the public RG website at rg1.us, its contact form, authentication areas, and the visitor-logging and analytics features connected to the site.

Separate written agreements, authenticated services, and external portals may have additional terms or privacy notices. If another notice applies to a specific service, that notice and the applicable agreement should be read together with this policy.

Information you provide

When you use the public contact form, RG receives the information you choose to submit:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Optional phone number
• Message content and any information included in the message

Contact submissions may be stored in RG's contact-submissions database when that service is configured. The email-delivery result is recorded with the submission.

Information collected automatically

Each page load requests a visitor-logging endpoint. Depending on the available hosting headers and configuration, that request may record:

• IP address and forwarded request information
• Approximate location from hosting-provided city, country, region, latitude, longitude, and timezone headers
• Browser, device, platform, and user-agent information
• Referring page, requested path, query string, language, and encoding
• Request security metadata such as fetch headers and the DNT header

The logging endpoint attempts to write operational log data and, when configured, a corresponding record to the site-visits database. The site currently records the DNT header but does not use that header to disable visitor logging.

Account and preference information

Protected areas use Stack Auth. Stack Auth may process account and session information, including authentication cookies, to support sign-in and access control. The public sign-up route redirects to the sign-in flow; access to protected areas is controlled by RG.

The theme toggle may store a display preference in browser storage.

RG uses information for the purposes connected to the site, including:

• Responding to questions and inquiries submitted through the contact form
• Sending contact and account-related notifications through configured email services
• Operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website and protected areas
• Rate-limiting contact submissions and reducing abuse when the configured rate-limit service is active
• Understanding site usage and performance through Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and visitor logging
• Maintaining business, security, and compliance records where needed

The site uses cookies or browser storage for specific functions rather than for a separate public account-registration experience:

• Stack Auth uses cookies to maintain authentication sessions for protected areas.
• The theme provider may use browser storage to remember a light or dark display preference.
• Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies to provide usage and performance reporting.

The public site does not currently provide a separate analytics preference center. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings and review the practices of the relevant service providers.

RG may use service providers to operate the site and its connected services. Depending on the environment and feature, these include:

• Vercel for hosting, delivery, analytics, and hosting-provided request metadata
• Google Analytics for website usage measurement
• Neon-hosted PostgreSQL for configured contact and visitor records
• Mailgun for contact and account-related email delivery
• Upstash for configured contact-form rate limiting
• Stack Auth for authentication and protected-area access

The site also links to RG tenant and vendor forms hosted on ClickUp: the Repair Request Form, Payment Submission Form, and ACH Deposit Form. Those services may have their own data practices and notices. Review the destination before submitting information through an external form.

RG retains contact, account, analytics, and visitor information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational needs, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. The current implementation does not publish a fixed retention schedule.

RG uses access controls, service-provider controls, and reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the systems in use. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction and may not apply in every circumstance.

RG may update this policy when the website, connected services, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest published version.
